Located in historic downtown Sevierville, Compass recently purchased the BB&T building residing at 100 East Main Street.


Prime Downtown Location

Considered a Sevierville landmark, the 27,446 square foot office building is in a prime location for established businesses and entrepreneurs. BB&T will remain on the first floor of the five-story building and Compass will be renovating the other four floors into usable workspace.

Compass is currently leasing units ranging from 450 square feet to 5,500 square feet.

Compasses’ reason for purchasing the BB&T building is two-fold. The first is to provide much-needed office space to a rapidly growing workforce and second, to further the revitalization of Sevierville’s downtown.

Compass has taken ownership in beautifying and revitalizing the downtown area and restoring it to its glory days. Revamping the BB&T is only one step Compass has taken with many more to come.
