What is S.E.V.I.E.R. Ready?
S.E.V.I.E.R. Ready is a workforce development initiative focused on providing high school students with real-world experience and technical skills in construction and related trades. This program by the Sevier County School System connects students with local employers, enabling them to gain hands-on training, build essential professional skills, and explore rewarding career paths in the construction industry. Through classroom learning and on-site work experiences, S.E.V.I.E.R. Ready prepares students to enter the workforce with confidence, whether they pursue immediate employment or further technical education.
