At a consistent 100% occupancy rate in the heart of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, the complex serves as an area favorite for workers of all industries. Phases 1 & 2 are open now, and 3 additional Phases are currently under construction.
Phase 1 & 2 developed from 2018-2020 and sold in December 2021 for $31,000,000 to a Real Estate Group out of New York. Compass is developing an additional 235 units in the final phase of the complex
